Here you’ll find a summary of a Self-Awareness audit that I took recently as part of one of my University module’s requirements.
The main resource to take from this assessment is becoming aware of the skills that I need to improve upon to reach my career goals. It is very easy to overlook basic people skills and focus solely on STEM skills. However more and more studies are being published as to how the importance of STEM skills has fallen off as opposed to that of basic skills such as communication and human interaction, ability to work in a team and so on.¹
